Lovely property, amazing view. No neighbors. Great lawn care and dock. Right on the sound.Sink was full of standing dirty dishwater upon arrival and there was a dirty microwave cover lid on the counter. Bottom of dishwasher had stinky rotten food stuck to it. Outside big trashcan had several inches of water in it. And trash floating and trash stuck in the bottom. Fridge hummed/buzzed/rattled. Mostly noticeable in the night. We had to unplug the fridge each night so we could sleep. This is a 1st floor unit, good, but there are stairs to everything on the outer banks.
