Important Notes:
• This is a brand-new building, and while it is fully operational, there are still some minimal finishing works ongoing. To reflect this, we’ve adjusted our rate to offer the best value in the area.
• Residents and guests have access to a designated elevator, ensuring convenience and privacy. A separate elevator is used exclusively by building staff and workers.

Important Things to Note

Just a quick note: due to the sensitivity of the fire alarm system in the unit, cooking inside is temporarily not allowed until further notice. You may still use the rice cooker provided. No need to worry though—Grab offers plenty of food options nearby for your convenience. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Amenities

Please be informed that the gym and pool are currently unavailable. They are scheduled to be ready for use by September. Further updates will be provided once the amenities become available.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, all guests are required to submit the following at least 3 days before arrival (or ASAP for last-minute bookings):
• Valid IDs (Passport for foreign guests; government-issued ID for local guests)
• Authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner
• Photocopies of IDs

These requirements are in place for building security. By submitting your documents, you consent to the collection of ID-related information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.

Once verified, a unique digital lock code will be sent to you within 24 hours before your scheduled check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out Times:
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please observe these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.

As a reminder, you’re staying in a private home, not a hotel. Kindly treat the space with the same respect you would your own.
