The Blue Manna – 7 Palms is a stunning Bali-inspired holiday home on the Harvey-Peel Estuary. Sleeping up to 10, it’s perfect for families or groups. Enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, SUP, and kayaking right out front, or relax with 180° water views from the deck. Features include modern décor, deluxe kitchen, spacious living, air-conditioning, and hotel-quality linen for a stylish, comfortable waterfront escape. This character home is the perfect place to create new family memories!

Dawesville is a boating, fishing and wildlife, bushwalking playground located just ten minutes from Mandurah.
Within 5 minutes of the property, you can find yourself at pristine beaches, playing a round of golf on the prestigious Cut Golf Course, enjoying channel views and dolphin watching from The Cut Tavern, or dining out at the numerous cafe and restaurant options the area has to offer. For weekend guests, you can take a stroll through the Peel Produce Markets that are held in the reserve in front of the property every Saturday morning. To stock up for your stay the local IGA and Coles complex are only 5 minutes away.
Mandurah town is a 15-minute drive and has plenty to offer holidaymakers, from dolphin and pirate cruises, mini train rides along the foreshore, skate park, cinema, playgrounds and of course more beaches. In the winter months, you could find yourself at the Winter Wonderland on the Mandurah Foreshore ice skating and tobogganing. Mandurah has no shortage of cafes, bars/pubs, day spas and boutique shops, you are sure to find something to please everyone during your stay.
Mandurah is also famous for the blue swimmer crab, if you find yourself staying at the property during crabbing season we have supplied everything you need to catch a feast of crabs from the estuary in front of the home.
For those wanting to explore, heading south takes you towards the Thrombolites, Thorney Devil Brewery, The lazy crab Tavern (for a local experience) and Old Coast Brewery. Taking you even further south you can visit the Crooked Carrot which is great for families and you can include a stop off for a swim at Preston beach or take a day trip to some of the beautiful towns the South West has to offer.
Heading east you can day trip to Pinjarra for a train ride the kids will love, head out to Dwellingup and enjoy the cidery, Carraholly Orchid or pack a picnic and visit the national park for a swim in the waterholes. A touch closer to home you can visit Midway Farm to pet the animals and try their delicious baked goods.
You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the Truvi guest verification process.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay, including the large grassed backyard space.
**However please note the shed is locked and not to be used.

Large open plan dining, kitchen and living area with huge 75 inch tv, free Wifi and Netflix included. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need during your stay with panoramic views of the water whilst you whip up your favourite dish.
You will find Four spacious bedrooms, one master with a King bed, One extra large queen size bedroom with walk-in robes and two spacious bedrooms upstairs both with 3x king single beds in each with the most amazing views of the whole Peel Estuary.

You will find ample amounts of parking for your cars or boat with full access right up to the back of the property where you will find the large backyard complete with beautiful fruit trees and palms where you can enjoy an evening game of cricket or kick the footy with the kids.
The boat ramp is only 800 metres away - BRING THE BOAT.

If anything feels unusual, please let us know — we’re happy to assist.
We recommend guest may purchase repellents and encourage guests to take reasonable precautions. This is part of the natural environment and does not constitute grounds for refunds or negative reviews.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.
