Carol, that quiet country setting is the whole reason we fell for this piece of the Hill Country, and hearing the cabin was spotless top to bottom tells us the housekeeping crew hit the mark. Glad everything landed right for you. Next time you come out, stay up past dark and sit on the porch a while. There is almost no light pollution out here, and on a clear night you can pick out the Milky Way without even leaving your chair. Coffee outside at sunrise is worth the early alarm too. Very clean, rustic cabin only 10 minutes from Main St. of Fredericksburg with shops nearby. Very comfortable beds. Plentiful towels & bath toiletries. The AC unit in living room needed a little maintenance. Otherwise, nice 2-bed, 2-ba with nice hot water & a softener. Nice big screen TV for football weekends or movie streaming. Wish we could’ve used the outdoor firepit, but County burn ban still in effect. Great place for two couples.

The host was very welcoming. Responded to all my questions at a rapid pace. The cabin was amazing. Very clean. The atmosphere was really peaceful. My boys loved looking at the stars.
