Great location — easy to walk to Pier Park or the beach. Well-kept home with plenty of space and a high-end kitchen. Didn’t think we would use the pool as much as we did, but it sits in the shade of the house in the afternoon and was really nice to cool off in after a day in the sun at the beach.
