This beautiful three-story home is in Summer Towne on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL. Recently updated. This house is next to Pier Park/Margaritaville. This is the most convenient location along the beaches in the entire area. All restaurants, Ocean and Pier Park are within a few steps of this incredible house. This house is a few steps to the white sandy beach. Avoid large crowds and competing for a spot on the beach. No elevators, crowds, long lines at elevators or waiting for parking! One of the best features is having your own garage to pull into with no elevators. Full fridge in garage for your beach drinks, overflow food and ice. This house is fully equipped, has high speed internet and HE washed and dryer. There are plenty of beach chairs and items to enjoy at the beach without having to bring your own. There is also a charcoal grill to grill outside by the pool right behind the house. The views and breeze from the top deck are amazing.

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

Great House & Location

My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this house. The house was very nice. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street for beach access. We were plesently surprised that this portion of beach is not crowded at all. Also being close to Pier Park was nice. We walked there a few time for shopping and food. The owner Joy was very responsive and helpful. She even had new beach towels delivered when we were one short for our family. I definitely recommend this rental property and we plan to stay again in the future.

We bought this incredible house after going to Panama City over several years with our family and decided to purchase our own Beach home away from home. We travel often with our family and love to come and sit on the deck watching dolphins and sipping our coffee. There is so much to do and love the fact that we do not have to fight crowds, elevators or drive around for a parking spot. We park our car in our garage and never leave unless we need to go beyond Pier Park or to the grocery. We are within walking distance of almost everything.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because it was everything we were looking for. Ocean, privacy, great views and 150 steps to the beach and Pier Park. We love Panama City Beach and feel the crystal blue waters are equivalent to what we have seen in the Caribbean. We love to swim in the ocean and see clear water to our toes.

What makes this property unique

This house is unique in that it is the closest home to Pier Park and has everything you need. No parking garage, no elevators and your own garage with pool behind the house. 150 steps to the beach with incredible views from the deck ! Pier park is right beside the home and everything you need is within walking distance from the house. No need to get the car out all week. Family friendly with something for all ages to do.
