Frankie Manor is perfect for a quick weekend away, concert stay or hospital placement. The Mator hospital is 2 mins walk away, the uni, a two min drive and only 15min drive to the beach. Bus stop located at front of property. A small kitchette with microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates is provided. BBQ available on request. Small pets are welcome however may not be left unattended.

Super impressed with how welcoming and pet friendly this stay was. Pet bowls and toys and a list of dog friendly places to visit. Fully enclosed yard with lockable gate for pet security and privacy. The bed was really comfy, everything was clean, shower was fantastic.

This is a unique, tidy, and charming place to stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful personal touches, such as the milk provided and the treats and bowls for our dog, Lottie. Definitely a place more suited for a smaller dog but this was plenty for ours.

My husband and pups had a lovely stay at Frankie Manor. The tiny home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay to explore Newcastle. It had a private entrance which made it easy for us to come and go. Communication with Nicole was also easy and we appreciated the recommendation of the local dog friendly cafe.

The property was presented beautifully.The property was great for our two small dogs.Suggestions-add a bath mat- perhaps a small fold away table and a couple of chairs. A small TV would be great.The microwave was not working!We would definitely recommend the property.
