This 85m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms, each of them with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

Spacious and modern you will not miss anything: full equipped kitchen, television with a multitude of channels and internet.

There is one shower room (with bathtub) and one toilet which are en-suite.

It can accommodate up to 6 people for a unique experience!

Equipped with double glazing, the apartment is very quiet.

There are even small balconies.

You will find all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay.

## Access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

## Interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

Located in a very quiet area, near Parc Monceau which is today one of the most pleasant garden of Paris. A garden both family and romantic.

## Transportation

Metro line 2 (Courcelles station) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. A little further, at 6-minute walk, you can also take the metro line 3 at Malesherbes. Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bike and electric scooter.
Uber and taxi are also very easy to take.

Great location, but deferred maintenance needs to be addressed

Peeling paint, loose bathroom sink fixtures, burnt electrical connection along a wall, holes in the walls. The small details need to be addressed.

Terrific and family friendly

Everything was terrific! The apartment was clean, spacious, and everything was very simple. As a family of six, 2 adults and 4 kids (14, 14, 10, and 3) it is hard to find a space that works for us and this was perfect.
