In the center of the Marais, an apartment on the ground floor, equivalent small independent house, two bedrooms, two showers, two toilets, fitted kitchen adjoining the living room, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Safety Box, air conditioner and hair dryer. Independent entrance, open 24/24 and 7/7 with mechanical access code, equipped with several cameras in the common area and the main entrance of the apartment. The laundry room is open every day from 15:00 pm until 23h00 pm which is located 50 meters from the apartment. A welcome drink is offered in our Restaurant Pizzeria. Short n sweet

A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up

Excellent emplacement et apart avec tout ce qu’il faut

Nous avons été très satisfaites de l'appartement. Les lits étaient confortables, les douches étaient chaudes et bonnes et la meilleure chose de toutes était son emplacement ! Il se trouve à proximité de trois stations de métro et dans une rue calme, mais il y a beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons ce petit appartement à tous les groupes qui souhaitent sortir et explorer Paris.

Wonderful

Lovely apt. In wonderful location. 2 bathrooms!! Host very helpful and responsive! Occasional nightime noise, one bedroom quite cool. Would recommend!

February visit

The apartment is as described, clean, small but great location. The showers have lots of hot water and good pressure. The radiators are easy to control and quick to heat. The host is quick to respond to e-mails to and sort out any problems. My only problem is that there is no inside lock on the property so I could not bolt it at night when we were all asleep.
