We went down for a trip to Ellicotville for a birthday weekend and this house was absolutely beautiful!! The house was clean and comfortable offering multiple amenities, such as a hot tub, game room, fire pit, and much more, which gave everyone staying different hangout areas/ things to do. Mike was a great host, as well as easy to contact when we had a question about something whether it was the house or about the town! It was close distance to everything around us, I will definitely be coming back or booking another property from him in the future!

Awesome House

Went here for a friend’s weekend. The house was everything you could ask for and more. I spent a lot of my time relaxing on the patio and by the fire pit. The beds and pillows were so comfortable I couldn’t wait for bed time.

What a wonderful place! The house fit all 9 of us perfectly! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub at night. The kitchen was great for the 3 moms to be cooking and having buffets for dinner. The game room was so much fun! The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Location was great for the town and hiking in the park.Anne Swartz

What a wonderful review to read! We're so glad the house comfortably fit your group of 9 and that the fire pit and hot tub made for great evenings together. It's wonderful to hear the kitchen worked well for cooking up buffets and that the game room kept everyone entertained. We take pride in keeping the place clean and comfortable, and we're happy that came through during your stay. It's also great to know the location worked well for exploring the town and hiking in the park. Thanks so much for the high recommendation! See you again very soon, and thanks for booking with us again!

Mike is an exceptional host! He was just a text away for any questions or concerns we had, and since this was my first time renting a house, this was a great comfort to me. We will definitely be returning to one of his properties, when needed in the future.

Very comfortable

It was one of the best mini vacations we have had in a long time . Couldn't ask for a better place . Between the basement with the pool table dart board video machine and a large screen tv we couldn't have been bored. Outside a nice firepit and hot tub .The house was very clean and the beds we very comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay .

The Mia House

We stayed here for a family getaway with our kids and grandkids, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The house is warm, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well thought out for families of all ages.We cooked most of our meals together in the kitchen, which was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and then some (really nice pots and pans). The ski resorts and the town of Ellicottville are only a short drive from the house, and after skiing during the day, everyone gravitated to the game room at night. Between the board and card games provided (the books for both adults and children) and multiple TVs, there was something for everyone. We've stayed in a number of different houses in Ellicottville but this house is extraordinary! Thanks for having us! We love the Mia House and hope to be back again soon.

Memory Maker!

Traveling from Toronto for our first visit to EVL, we were hoping for a special family getaway — and this place truly delivered. From the start, Mike made us feel welcome and well taken care of, which means so much when traveling with kids.Being a family of 12, space and comfort were really important to us, and the home was absolutely perfect. Everyone had room to relax, play, and spend quality time together. The kids were constantly entertained, and one of the biggest highlights was going tobogganing right in the backyard — it created such fun memories for all of us.It’s not always easy to find a place that works so well for a large family group, but this one exceeded our expectations. We left feeling grateful and already talking about when we can return :)
