Great location, clean and cute place, needs ac

We mostly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and cute. It has everything we needed. Close to downtown, restaurants, shops, and hiking. Near a creek. It got very warm during the day and there is no ac (make sure you check out to FAQ section near the bottom of the listing for that information). It was so warm, we wouldn't have ended up staying if there weren't daily monsoons. It's probably great anytime of year except summer. The communication also wasn't great. Two of my messages went unanswered and one was finally answered by someone who is no longer managing the property.

No air conditioning - in Arizona in June! Read the fine print. I came to Prescott on short notice as we received the notification that my mother was dying. When I booked the accommodation, I didn't look at the small print. I was in a hurry. The owner does tell you that there is no a/c in the FAQs. I'm also disappointed with Vrbo as this property should not be listed in Arizona in June with day time temperatures in the high 90s. I tried to contact the owner to attempt to get out of the commitment early and they were unavailable. I tried to contact Vrbo but there is yet another party involved regarding this property. They couldn't help without the owner doing something. I finally had to tell them that if they couldn't help me, to please not waste any more of my time during this time of bereavement. The facility looked very nice. It was too hot in the facility to use the kitchen so I cannot comment. I think with my contribution to this owner, they can now afford a small window a/c unit. At Costco, they could afford two!
