Spacious with 3 bedrooms, Apartment 4 is one of only 8. Situated on the ground floor (no stairs!), at the rear (no noise), with direct access to the garden, award-winning pool and BBQ area from its huge private patio, its dedicated car park is immediately below for easy access. In this unique complex, apartment 4 is unique.

Furthermore, this apartment has undergone a total refurbishment including:

Clarkes Beach is perfect for everyone. Set up your umbrella and use it as your base - in the middle of it all but away from the crowds. A short walk left to the patrolled swimming zone at Main Beach, to the right to The Pass for surfers, and straight in front for boogie boarding, surfing and swimming.

The master bedroom (queen bed) has a large walk-in robe and its own refurbished en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (one with queen bed + one with 2 single beds) have built-in robes with drawers, and share a large bathroom with large full bath. In addition, there is a fold-up trundle bed, and a portable fold-up cot.

The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious, with a walk-in pantry, new dishwasher and new next-generation refrigerator.

This apartment also has reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron, board), and secure undercover parking (the dedicated car space can also be closed off to securely store surf boards and other equipment).

Linen and towels are provided - just bring a beach towel and stock the fridge and pantry.

Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire.

This property is not suitable for pets.
