This original byron beachhouse with stylish interior with white washed walls, timber floors and open plan living, flows out onto spacious decks and entertainment areas. 2beachhouse is situated in a quiet secluded lane just 200m from byron's Main Beach and shopping and restaurant precinct. After a day on the beach, enjoy a game of volleyball or cricket in the large, tropical back yard or just laze on the stunning pool deck soaking up the sun. 2beachhouse has it all for that memorable beach holiday

Features

2beachhouse has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with 3 singles. The property also has a self contained studio /games room located at the rear of the property if required, this room has a queen bed and a sofa bed if requested

2beachhouse has luxurious bathrooms (3 in total), one with a double shower. The fully equipped laundry and kitchen cater for your every need. The kitchen and living rooms have glass doors which open up onto the large back and side verandahs and provide guest with views across the spacious and tropical surronds.

The indoor/outdoor kitchen allows for easy entertaining and pool area.

Please note, guests bringing a pet must advise of breed and size at the time of the booking request.

Oasis close to the shops

Almost no need to leave the resort like property, but very convenient location, genuine few minutes walk to beach and Byron town centre.Rare to find such a big property so close, to town, great for entertaining and relaxing.

Gorgeous property, in a perfect spot. We stayed as a group of 6 adults for a girls weekend and it was great. There is a bit of distance between the house and the pool house so we opted to all stay together in the main house, but plenty of space.

A beautifully designed beach house close to everything you need. Beaches, restaurants, coffee! Relaxing vibes, super friendly hosts who take great care of the property and an incredible garden / deck / pool area. Comfy beds and well equiped home with everything you need. Great family hideaway

Right in the middle of town. A quick walk to restaurants and main beach. The place is fully fenced in a vast open park like garden where the children can play cricket or footy or just run around with the dogs in safety. Fully renovated period house, well equipped with new kitchen and bathrooms. The cottage in the backyard adds charm. A great family holiday stay.

This property is great. The house itself is very modern with everything you need. There is a spacious outdoor entertaining area as well. On top of this is the space the property has. There is a huge backyard and swimming pool. Furthermore is it only a very short walk into the heart of Byron.

This gorgeous house is so close to town yet you feel like you are miles from anywhere. 2 Beachhouse has everything you could possibly want from beach chairs to bikes . Beautiful beach house with gracious hosts

We all loved our stay. Greg & Lyn kept in touch throughout the process and made the check in / check out simple and easy for us.The house has everything needed for a comfortable holiday by the beach. From ample beach towels, to variety of teas, to pool floatees - everything was thought of.Location is excellent too. 5-10mins walk to Byron centre. Right next to a cycle path (bicycles available). Short stroll to the beach.Thank you to the hosts and hope if you are booking this place you are sure to enjoy your stay :)

Loved it!!

2beachhouse is like a hidden oasis. It's a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants of downtown Byron but once you enter the gates, you feel like you're miles from anywhere. The house is gorgeous - we especially loved the wrap around verandah - and the kids had a ball playing in the huge garden. We'll be back!!

Fabulous property

Absolute perfection. Even closer to Byron than it looks on the map. Took five minutes to walk into town. Close to the farmers market as in a couple of minutes property is spotless and gorgeously decorated. So many thoughtful details. It feels like you’re in the rainforest with the enormous garden and the backdrop of Forest and Bushland at the back. Do not hesitate to book this property if you can

We loved the location and the house. It’s as good as it looks online. It’s an easy walk to the beach and shops. It looks out over trees, and it’s very quiet. The kitchen was well set up, unlike most rental properties, and we could actually cook and serve a meal without difficulty (which is often not the case). Every little detail is thought of. The decor is very attractive, the house is well set up for a relaxed family setting and the pool is lovely. I cannot recommend this property more highly.

Favourite holiday house yet

This is true best family holiday house I have stayed at. It’s clean and fresh and open. Kids love the open plan backyard. The photos don’t do this house justice, it’s is so stunning and the perfect distance from the main town (walking distance) that you feel you can get away from the busy streets. Pool was so warm and perfect to hop in and out of and play games in the sun. The house had everything supplied, from cleaning supplies and towels, to games and bikes. Greg and Lynn were so easy to work with and really great with suggestions in the town. I will rent this house again and again.

Stunning Property + Epic Location

This property is absolutely stunning!! An excellent location, so close to town and the beach while still feeling like a relaxing and quiet oasis. My family, bridesmaids and I had an amazing couple of days and getting ready in this light and airy house. The backyard is HUGE and the gardens are perfect. I could not recommend Greg and Lyn's place highly enough. Thank you so much, I hope to be back soon!

House and grounds are beautiful location is good with easy access to town Strict rules about noise in this area with threats of fines and security intervention which made us feel a little uncomfortable We didn’t have any problems however and enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Stay

We had a brilliant week at 2beachhouse. The house is very comfortable and spacious, the beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Our kids and dog loved the huge yard and we made good use of the bikes, ping pong table and other supplied games equipment. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Greg and Lyn.
