Extremely clean. Excellent hair dryer, dishwasher and frig. Great to have washer/dryer combo. Great location. Nice bed linens. NO TV. No rug by the futon. No table by the futon. No drawers. No second lamp in bedroom. No full length mirror. Not enough hangars. Poor paint job. We rearranged the furniture. It was like a bowling alley when we walked in. Moved the futon and table and chairs for eating. Could hear neighbors in adjoining rooms. Lawn full of weeds.

Overall, this was a great place for what we needed, and the listing was accurate regarding the amenities and features provided. It was also conveniently located, with about a 30-minute bus ride to most places we wanted to visit. A few things future guests should be aware of: * The property is not very mobility accessible. The photos made it appear more accessible than it was, but there is a significant lip/step at the entrance. * The sidewalks in the surrounding area are uneven and not level, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. * The bathtub is older and has high sides, making it difficult to get in and out of. * We experienced an ant problem during our stay. However, after we contacted the hosts, they responded promptly and treated the issue, which resolved the problem. * The walls are quite thin, and noise travels easily. We could hear conversations from neighboring units as well as a child crying at times. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good option for our needs.
