Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here! It’s the perfect distance to the pool and to the walking path for the beach. Love that it’s on the main floor. My only complaint was that the washing machine smelled like mold but we still washed clothes and they didn’t stink after so it wasn’t a huge issue. Everything was clean and we were very happy overall! I would definitely recommend this place!

Thanks for your review, Jennifer! I did check with management before responding in reference to the unprofessional phone call. Unfortunately, travel insurance cannot be refunded at the end of a trip if it is not used. That is stated clearly in our contract. Apologies if our staff member seemed unprofessional because she was not willing to issue a refund. I do hope you still enjoyed your trip!
