Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
The photos were not representative of the property. It was quite run-down from the outside but inside was slightly better.We had a check-in time confirmed for 2pm and the cleaner was still there at 2:50pm. We had a checkout time at 10am on Tuesday and the cleaner came to hurry us out at 9:40am... when i told her no she needs to wait until 10am she still came in... The host did apologise but our entire morning started off on the wrong foot and one of our group left something behind.The property itself: we had to manually pull open the gate and it didnt latch properly. Had to walk through a dodgy side area to get through to the front door, there was a pipe laying on the floor and rusty steel rods sticking up on the side. The outdoor area simply needs a major overhaul and maintenance. There were quite a few hazards laying around.Indoor was a lot better but still needs maintenance. Doors didn't close, door handles missing, doors didn't lock. One bathroom was renovated but shower head was still old. The other bathroom was quite old and shower needs maintenance.There were aircons in every room so that was really good.The living space was very spacious but there was no privacy - a curtain would've been nice.It was ok but I'm not sure about paying the same price for another stay. The photos did not match the property for the most part.
