Any season is the time to visit; the lake awaits you and the wildlife is plentiful. Hunt, fish, atv, snowmobile and explore the great outdoors all right outside your front door. Outside of town yet close to everything. Enjoy the breweries, restaurants and especially the Palms Book State Park and the “Big Spring”! This 2 bedroom one bath cabin features a large well appointed kitchen.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all dirty bedding and towels in the shower. Turn furnace down to 59, double check that you have all your stuff and empty frig and trash. Return keys to lock box. Thx.
Drive carefully, watch for Deer and Turkey. Come back often.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A perfect UP retreat. Lake access, close to Indian lake which has a great beach. Host was wonderful, like having your grandpa right next door. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Cute little cabin for a three night trip to the UP. We enjoyed our time in the UP and this was a great place to stay to travel around to nearby cities like Munising and Marquette. Great for the price and just as described. A bit of a walk to the lake but didn't bother us.

Mark's place was great! Lots of extra little touches to make it very welcoming. Mark was easy to communicate with. Checkin was really easy with a lockbox. Make sure you get your lock box code before you leave Manistique - there is no cell phone data at the cabin but the wifi worked great.

Lovely 2 bedroom cabin with everything you could possibly need for a day or weeks. And a lot of cool extras that people normally don’t think of. Games for a rainy day, a fire pit by the lake, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances. Mark, the host is very informative about anything and everything. We wish we could have met him in person. Maybe on a future stay! Thank you very much!

This cabin is cozy, feels like home and is furnished very well. The host is extremely accommodating, easy to contact and is very polite. I stayed here twice and will certainly book it again. This little place was even decorated for Christmas... It doesn't get any better than that!

Everything was good, older cabin but redone and pretty comfy. The bed was very comfortable. The host went out if his way to make the stay great.The only drawback was I thought it was on the lake and it is not. You have lake access!

The cottage was a nice piece. Just right for 2 people or two couples. The kitchen was lacking in some basic things, ie cutting board, knife sharpener. Glass cooking dishes for the oven. The lake was 2 football fields away, not propely described in the listing. Host was helpful
