I realize the stair hallway is not in the HVAC system, so it gets a little stuffy and smelly. Maybe an overhead fan could help. But once in the beautiful loft, all is good. Well stocked kitchen and beds very comfy. Judy was the contact and was immediately available to me with kindness and answers.

Location - great! Above the hub of downtown but not on the main thoroughfare. Spacious loft with excellent floor plan for privacy or socializing. Kitchen is well-appointed. Gas stove, oven, microwave, spacious fridge. Lots of counter space. Full size washer and dryer. Living area with fans, high ceilings, and windows that can open for fresh air and mountain town views plus louvered shades for privacy. Central heat and AC - easy to use and control. Parking right at the entry. Excellent array of lights and dimmers as well as good storage space. Feels like staying in a good friend’s home, not like a rental. Lots to do nearby - bring your walking shoes and your appetite!
