Cute Bungalow with a fantastic location over the road from the beach!
Fantastic central location - Papamoa Plaza walking distance!

Five bedroom bungalow with master/ensuite. Multiple living areas, kitchen and dining. Second lounge area on covered deck with spa. Ideal for two or more family groups. Separate multi purpose room with fold out sofa, two single beds and TV. We have recently added another stand alone room which can be an additional lounge or extra sleeping. House will sleep 12 or more guests!
Separate self contained sleep out for extra family. Has own queen bed, shower, toilet and kitchenette.

Full sized section. Room for parking and boats! No views of beach from house. Handy to Domain Road shops and restaurants.

A bond of $500 is required upon arrival. One nights deposit required to confirm your booking.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
This is not a 'party house'. It suits only families (Maximum of 12 guests). We will not accept bookings from large social groups.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please leave the house as you found it. We can organise a cleaner for an additional cost.

Take sheets off bed but not duvet covers.

Rubbish and recycling can be disposed of at Te Maunga Transfer Station, Truman Lane

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or large groups onsite. Teenagers must be supervised by onsite adults. No hens, stags or wedding after parties.
