We have this beautiful property and it would be a shame not to share it with some other people. We have had many fabulous family times here and want to share it
Why they chose this property
We love Akaroa and this location because we are in walking distance to the shops and cafes and restaurants. There is a harbour to play on and lots of walks to do and bike riding. The garden is just a lovely place to hang out and read a book.
What makes this property unique
The property has a stream boundary and a botanical setting with formal clipped hedges and a native bush backdrop. The house is north facing and catches the last of the evening sun. A fabulous place to spend the afternoon relaxing. The house has every amenity you can possibly desire and a well equipped Kitchen to create in.
