Stylish and spacious family home with 3 large bedrooms, open living & dining spaces, a large kitchen and alfresco area with BBQ. Features city views, high ceilings, kids’ play area, upstairs teenage retreat, and parking for 5 cars. Steps from Albany Hwy restaurants, close to the city, crown, and airport, yet privately tucked away down a laneway.

• Two large TVs - One in the main living area - this is our Frame TV which when not in use will display some beautiful artwork. This TV includes a soundbar.
One in the loft upstairs. All remotes can be located on the tv unit or coffee table.
• 🏓 Kids play zone – located in the loft you will find plenty of toys for the little ones to play with during your stay.
• Teenage/kids retreat located in the loft, with a large couch, tv and kids play space. The little ones will love this space which is also fitted with an AC unit for all year round comfort.
Bonus: The loft also have great views of the city.
• 🎲 Board Games for all ages.
• 🍖 Outdoor BBQ – enjoy alfresco dining in the spacious alfresco area. Please ensure GAS is turned off after use & BBQ surface is cleaned using the cleaning equipment located at the BBQ.
