This is our 4th year in a row of staying at this cabin. Everything is in great shape and very clean. The location is perfect. Not too far from town, very quiet, and an easy drive to get there. Also the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. We didn't get to see any bears this time, but we did the year before. Will definitely rent again.
The cabin was great for our family of four! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s extremely clean, cozy and well stocked. Good access to all the major attractions. No steep driveway!

Our family loves this adorable cabin! The hot tub and pool table were huge hits. We were located about a half hour from most attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle of being around too many people.
Great relaxing place to stay. Lots of room to spread out. Everything was beautifully decorated and very clean. Ken and Amy were very helpful and always answered any questions quickly. Would definitely stay there again !
The cabin was beautiful and clean. The pool table and hot tub was a big hit with everyone. I really liked that each bedroom was on separate floors for privacy. Would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful cabin with easy access to town. The cabin is very well stocked for vacationers. From having lighters for the grill to baby needs in the closet, this cabin has it all. We felt very much at home with all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool table and hottub! We also saw two bears during our stay. The owners are very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
We were pleasantly surprised by the cabin, the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love that it was tucked away. Location couldn’t have been better for us while we needed to go back and forth to Sports World. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
This cabin was perfect. It was very clean and had everything you need for a nice family vacation. It was also well stocked. Having each bedroom on each floor with its own bathroom helped with privacy. It was in a great location that avoided traffic and easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would recommend this to anyone.
Amazing trip in beautiful mountains! The cabin was wonderful! It was so clean and had so many extras. Grandkids loved the game room and pool table. Made many amazing memories. Dollywood, splash country Anakeesta. We saw 12 bears during our stay. Cades cove amazing during bike day! Can’t wait to return!!
This cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Pictures and descriptions of property are exactly as shown. This is a Super clean place and had everything we needed. The cabin was easy to find by GPS. 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. 30 minutes to the Island, Pigeon Forge. 40 minutes to Nantahala Pigeon Outpost- White Water Rafting. Everything was pleasant from the check-in (door code sent before we arrived), excellent and quick communication with owners, nice hot tub, (beach towels provided), pool table and game tables, 2 decks facing quiet forest (took a few naps :), plenty of space and privacy. We saw three bears walking down the street! We are already trying to plan our next trip. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay and will stay here again.
This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this cabin. It is very clean and well maintained. The drive to the cabin is much easier than most other cabins and it is very close to town and the park. Also, the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. They knew it was my father’s 90th birthday and had balloons and a jar of chocolate candy waiting for us when we arrived. Finally, we got to see two young bears wrestling in a neighbors driveway for about 10 minutes near the end of our stay. That was the icing on the cake. Hopefully next year will be our 4th year here.
This is our second time staying at the property. We love the location because it is close to downtown Gatlinburg and the park and you can take an alternate route to get to Pigeon Forge to avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. The drive to the cabin is not too steep or scary. The cabin is in a wooded setting and the spacing between cabins is such that you don’t feel crowded. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We each had our own space on 3 separate floors. Thanks to the owners. We had a wonderful time.
We chose this location because we wanted to stay outside of the downtown location but at the same time have an easy and quick route to it. It was in a nice and quiet area at the hilltop behind Gatlinburg-Pittman High School. The layout was perfect for 6 people, with kids sleeping downstairs where the arcade game and pool table were. My parents had the main level which was perfect for them since they don’t care for stairs these days and my wife and I stayed on the upper level. Super clean, no issues. To be honest, we wish we had more time at this property. Hosts were great! We will definitely be looking forward to booking in the future!
Property was everything as advertised, beautiful. The owners were easy to communicate with and readily available to answer questions. I would only suggest to the owners/ property managers to occasionally check behind the cleaning company. There was hair in the main floor bathroom sink and shower. Not a deal breaker for me. I would still highly recommend to stay here. We had a great time. Thank you again.

Hi Robin,
So sorry to hear you had anything other than a 5 star experience with us. We have addressed this with our cleaners, (who are usually really, truly great). But we know there’s always room for improvement. Thanks for your feedback.
Happy Holidays,
