Fore' a Good Time is designed for families and friends who want to stay together without feeling crowded. Each of the cabin's three levels has a private king bedroom with its own full bathroom, giving every couple a comfortable retreat. Two queen sofa beds - one in the main living room and one in the lower media/game room - bring total capacity to 10.

The cabin sleeps up to 10. For the most comfortable stay, adults should claim the three king suites and children or flexible sleepers should use the sofa beds.

GATHER, PLAY, AND UNWIND

Cook together in the equipped kitchen, share meals at the dining table, and settle into the main living room for a movie. Downstairs is the cabin's entertainment zone: digital pinball, a sit-down arcade, foosball, indoor putting, board games, and a second large-screen TV. End the day in the private hot tub or relax on one of the covered decks.

COBBLY NOB AND THE SMOKIES

Fore' a Good Time sits in Cobbly Nob on the quieter eastern side of Gatlinburg, near Bent Creek Golf Club and convenient to the Greenbrier side of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, hiking, rafting, ziplining, restaurants, and family attractions are reachable by car. Mountain traffic and weather can change drive times.

Cobbly Nob recreation is operated by the community association. Community pools are generally open from 9:00 AM to dusk, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool availability may change because of weather, maintenance, or HOA decisions. The two outdoor pickleball courts and basketball court at 3649 Birdie Lane are generally available year-round from 9:00 AM to dusk, weather permitting. Bring your own court equipment, or ask the Cobbly Nob Security Office about current equipment availability; the HOA lists a $25 refundable deposit when equipment is returned undamaged.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• The approach includes paved mountain roads with curves and grades. Arrive before dark on your first visit and check conditions in winter; four-wheel drive may be necessary in snow or ice.
• This is bear country. Never feed or approach wildlife, and keep doors and trash secured.
• Mountain cabins can have insects and other wildlife despite regular pest control.
• Starter supplies are provided; guests may need to purchase more for longer stays.
• During the HOA's seasonal pool period, some community pools require a key. If a pool key is provided for your stay, return it to its labeled spot before checkout; an unreturned key carries a $100 replacement charge. If a provided key is missing at arrival, notify the host immediately.
• No parties, events, smoking, or unregistered guests.
• Up to two dogs are welcome when disclosed and paid for in advance at $150 per dog.
