About this property

Centre of Niagara Peninsula

Very conveniently located in the centre of Niagara Peninsula in the north part of Welland - one of the best and safe areas in the city. Very quiet dead-end street but just a 5-minute walk to Niagara College.
Less than 30 minutes drive to everything you may want to visit - lake Erie, lake Ontario, Niagara Falls.
A newly renovated lower level separate unit, big windows above the ground with a lot of natural lights (not a basement). Separate side entrance behind the fence. Ideal for 1-2 people.

This is a lower separate unit. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a rec room that offers guest privacy, equipped with a sofa bed, a TV with Netflix and Amazon, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. You will have your own private entrance at the side door, but please note that there is a common hallway that leads to the laundry area where we may occasionally meet.

Please keep in mind:
Our family lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear sounds from above. There is no designated handicap parking available; only regular street parking is offered. Additionally, there are a few steps to access the unit. This space is ideal for up to 2 guests or for a family of three (two adults and one child). No more than two guests (adults).

I was pleased with this property the host was helpful, apt clean an all essentials were there, This is a good place for a single or couple but the pull out couch is not great to sleep on even for kids. I would highly recommend recommend this property.

The property is in a nice neighborhood,however parking for VRBO is on the road.The small apartment is very cozy.We would definitely come here again.

Apartment was spotless and quite comfortable. Good communication and instruction from the host. Host provided toiletries, coffee/tea and amenities like an iron and ironing board. The host's husband was so gracious as to offer me a ride to St. Catharines. Very nice of him. I highly recommend this booking for trips to the Niagara Region!

Small but cosy, this was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for one night. The basics are all included (towels, kitchen supplies, blankets, pillows). The You Tube video demonstrates well how to access the rental space. The space was well cleaned. The instructions through VRBO differed to those provided in the space itself. It led to a little bit of confusion but we sorted ourselves out regardless. My only reason for a 4-star review: there is no independent temperature controls and the space heater was noisy. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
