Occupying a privileged position above Adelaide’s parklands, this spacious penthouse combines contemporary comfort with uninterrupted views across the city skyline and surrounding greenery.

At the heart of the home is an expansive open-plan layout designed for both relaxation and entertaining. A three-seater and two-seater lounge create a comfortable setting for relaxing, while the TV with Foxtel offers easy entertainment. Nearby, the dining area enjoys a sunlit position beside a bay window, making the most of the surrounding views.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a generous island bench, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to the wrap-around balcony and take in panoramic views stretching across the city and parklands. The outdoor dining setting invites quiet moments in the fresh air above the bustle below.

Both bedrooms continue the sense of space and comfort, each appointed with a king bed, built-in storage, and ducted air conditioning. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in robe, private TV, tranquil parkland views, and direct access to the balcony, while the second bedroom enjoys an impressive full-height window framing the city skyline. Two well-appointed bathrooms add further convenience, with one featuring a walk-in shower and the larger bathroom offering a spa bath, double vanity, and separate shower.

Located within the Oaks Embassy building, the stay includes access to shared facilities, including an indoor heated lap pool, gymnasium, spa, and sauna (subject to hotel operating hours). Parking is available on-site for up to two vehicles within the hotel`s car park. Please note that the spa is currently unavailable.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
