Bring your own sheets and towels; we do not provide these.
Please leave broom clean when you leave - this helps keep the cleaning costs down
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use docks or boats by the river; they are the neighbors' and they will not be friendly about this!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property in 2022 after falling in love with the serene setting with access to the beautiful Damariscotta River, and also being close to the town and to beaches. When I purchased the property, the cabins were in process, and I've enjoyed completing renovations (including installing solar for comfortable off-grid living).

What makes this property unique

It's unique to have both so much privacy in the woods, access to and views of the river. It's exceptionally serene sleeping with windows open, feeling the wind and hearing nothing but the sounds of nature.
