With plenty of things to do, from local restaurants and wineries, golf courses, bike tracks, beaches as far as the eye can "sea"🤓 Arthur's seat, enchanted adventures for the kids to have fun or relax in the calming peninsula hot springs and of course don't miss out on the annual Rye summer carnival that runs over Christmas and new year!

You will have access to the entire home that's so conveniently positioned though privately tucked away to escape the hustle and bustle when you need some down time.

The home is fresh, modern and bright with plenty of space for 2 families. Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 generous living rooms with separate TV's. The deck is decorated in pretty lights and surrounded by green grass for the kids or your pooch to run free all while secure and safe where they can't plan a sneaky escape! You're welcome to the bbq with gas at the ready and all of the bbq utensils you could ask for, but if outdoor cooking isn't your thing the kitchen is fully loaded with almost everything you could need!

Bed linen, towels, basic soap, shampoo and conditioner and of course toilet paper is all provided.

The laundry is fully stocked for your convenience with front loader washing machine, dryer, soap powder and a iron and ironing board at the ready.

You will enter up a long driveway surrounded by established and well loved gardens, you can utilize and enjoy the luxury of secure parking in the long driveway with enough room to park 4 cars snugly or 2 cars and your boat or jetskis!

The house is wheelchair friendly with secure ramps and is single level, perfectly if you want to bring your elderly parents or anyone with special needs.

We welcome you to enjoy our home as if it's your own and we hope you love it and enjoy it as much as we have and make some special and fun memories.

We can cater ahead for your convenience with cheese boards, meat platters for the bbq, charcuterie boards, fruit platters, beer, wine and or spirits at an extra cost. Message us directly when booking to enquire.

-No smoking inside the home. A designated smoking area is available outside with ashtray provided, a feed may apply if you disregard this rule.
-Strictly no Schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or large events/gatherings
-No groups under the age of 28 years of age
-No commercial photography
-No visitors allowed at property at any time of booking - only the stated number of guests allowed at all times

If you book and breach any of the above we have the right to cancel the booking and will ask you to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of your payment.
