The Rosebud Beach Retreat is a relaxed, renovated 1960s beach shack, with the generous backyard offering glimpses of Arthurs Seat.

Perfectly located in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, only about an hours drive from Melbourne and within 2 minute drive to the pristine blue water and white sandy beaches of McCrae and Rosebud. Easy access by car to many of the Mornington Peninsula’s attractions (Peninsula Hot Springs, world class Wineries, Golf, Enchanted Maze)

The Rosebud Beach Retreat features 3 bedrooms, an open plan main living/meals area, dining table with comfortable chairs also good as work desk, updated central sunny kitchen, extra lounge area perfect for children, renovated bathroom and outside boasts an undercover living area with lounges overlooking the backyard. Outdoor dining table and bench seats.
It is the ideal getaway for 1 to 2 couples or 2 families. Suitable for up to a maximum of 6 adults.

NO BED LINEN or TOWELS SUPPLIED in prices (please bring your own. Supplied only for 7 night stays), BBQ, undercover outdoor lounge area, DVD Player, iPod Doc, trampoline, split system air conditioning, gas heater, two flat screen TVs, microwave, some board games, a few children's DVDs and books. You will have full use of the house and only the garage is locked and not accessible for our guests.

In the spirit of a true getaway, we do not offer WIFI, so you can really switch off, recharge, relax and reconnect with family and friends. Come & enjoy your “home away from home”.

Check in any time after 3pm and check out by 10am.

Minimum age of adult guests staying is 25.
No bucks nights, parties or schoolies groups.

BYO linen, bath & beach towels

A lovely beach cottage

Great outdoor space, north facing, with comfy chairs etc. Beds and inside the house was all as advertised and better. Large yard. I would love to be able to bring my dog in future if that ever becomes an option. Overall, we had a great time and will hopefully be repeated renters.

Short family getaway

The check in process was simple, the house was lovely and clean with the added bonus of the use of personal amenities and consumables in the kitchen, this was a great touch. A great place to stay and will definitely visit again.

The Rosebud Beach Retreat was selected due to the love of the Mornington Peninsula and all it has to offer. It is a destination that Olivia and her husband have always traveled to and loved their time there, that they wanted to create that boutique stay for others in the place they call their second home.

What makes this property unique

The Rosebud Beach Retreat was specifically purchased due to its quiet location yet close to so many attractions on the Mornington Peninsula and within walking distance to the white sandy beaches with pristine blue waters of Port Phillip Bay. The house has a very relaxed feel. It is light bright and airy with lots of windows looking out at the landscaped gardens. The front yard has a stunning huge elm tree that canopies the front of the house and the generous north facing backyard has glimpses of Arthurs Seat.
