Get ready to explore this slice of coastal heaven from this coveted location, which is only a 3 - 5 minute stroll to beautiful cafes and restaurants which are across the road from the beautiful family friendly Rye foreshore, playground and Beach. Everything you could possibly want a stones-throw away!

The property has a host of other amenities like Smart TV, Air Conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
Both Queen bedrooms upstairs open out to private balconies to enjoy your freshly brewed coffee in the morning sun or a sunset drink in the late afternoon. Plenty for the kids to with board games and toys.
The property has parking for two vehicles in the garage. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, as well as an outdoor shower to refresh after being at the beach.
