This spacious 1,200+ sq ft home features a warm and inviting living room with a smart TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating. The beautiful wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for cozy mountain evenings, while the split A/C unit ensures comfort in every season.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for meal preparation, including:

- Double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
