This charming home by Paradise Retreats is ideally situated in the highly desirable West Mesa neighborhood. Enjoy the perfect blend of coastal living and convenience, nestled between the beach and essential local amenities. For a daily dose of nature, Thousand Steps, Mesa Lane beach access, and the Douglas Preserve are all just a short walk away. Just a few blocks further, you'll find numerous amenities, including Lighthouse Coffee, Lazy Acres market, and several popular dining options.

Inside, the home offers generous accommodations with five well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The layout is designed for comfort, with a TV room upstairs for movie nights and lounging. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms offer a shared balcony with ocean views. Enjoy the fresh, invigorating ocean breeze as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee!

The main level features tasteful design and decor, including vaulted ceilings and custom cabinetry. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, showcasing a Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf burner range, flowing seamlessly into the shared dining and living spaces. Amazing location. Loved the back yard area for our little kids to play. House felt a bit cramped for 2 couples with several kids, but overall a great stay.

This is a fantastic rental. Plenty of supplies and a wonderful kitchen. The fridge does automatically lock for an extended period of time (longer than the description online for that model says it should), which became challenging at times when preparing meals. Rooms very comfortable, yard was great. Recommend to have the landline disconnected. It would ring randomly at all times of day and night, we had to unplug it. The speaker in the kitchen randomly connected to people’s devices without permission or would randomly speak about things we did not ask it to do. Also had to unplug it during our stay. Love the proximity to the beach and overall very comfortable for our entire group!

Very clean and comfortable. You can tell they didn't skimp on making the house welcoming and cozy. There were plenty of amenities, even an umbrella if you decide to go to the beach.
