Full standalone HUGE family home 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas & outdoor patio

Primary Bedroom 1 (upstairs, top floor). Queen bed + hotel style open plan ensuite bathroom - complete with separate shower and HUGE jet bathtub. Separate split AC unit. Large walk in robe with lots of room to unpack.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs, first floor): Queen bed, built in robe & built in workspace, pedestal fan.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs, first floor): Bunk beds with Double Bed on the bottom & Single Bed on the top bunk, built in robe, pedestal fan.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs, first floor): Single bed, built in robe & built in workspace, pedestal fan.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs, first floor): Single bed, built in robe & built in workspace, pedestal fan.



Top floor has movie room with huge projector screen & big comfy couches. Plus additional space for the kids to play. Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also on this level.



2nd Living Area downstairs (first floor) has closeable french doors with a split AC unit, curl up for your favourite binge TV or with a new book - you'll love the light, bright & airy feel of the living room. Step onto the front balcony & relax after a day at the beach & watch the magnificent Perth sunsets.

First floor lounge room with large Smart TV & FREE wi-fi throughout the house.

Beautiful wood internal staircases take you from the ground floor, to the first floor & up to the top floor.



Please note, this is an older style home only accessible via stairs. There are stairs from the driveway to the front door, stairs from the front door & ground floor office & entry to the first floor, and stairs from the first floor to the top floor.



Starter amenities all provided, includes shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hairdryer, laundry liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid and so on.



5 minute walk to the ocean to swim, surf & stroll along the sand.



FREE parking for 4 cars in the driveway (kindly note, the garage & basement level are not accessible for guests). Sorrento is one of Perth's best beachside suburbs - easy bus links to Warwick/Whitfords Train Stations, Hillarys Boat Harbour & AQWA are a short 5-minute drive away.

Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located on-site at the house.

Bring a car if need be as you'll enjoy FREE parking on site, otherwise several bus routes & nearby train stations take you wherever you want to go!

A few minutes north sits Hillarys Boat Harbour/Sorrento Quay with dining, mini-amusements and AQWA – The Aquarium of Western Australia (great in any weather). South you’ll find the suburbs of Trigg and Scarborough with their own beaches for surf, dining & play. Karrinyup Shopping Centre has all your retail therapy covered, cinema and family dining. AQWA is right nearby at Hillarys Boat Harbour, a fun day out with a tranquil beach, too many dining options to choose from, & so much more. Walk the boardwalk & enjoy the sunshine!

Perth Airport is aprox 35kms from Sorrento & typically takes ~30 min by car.
