Bedroom 1: King bed with ceiling fan

Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds with portable fan



The open-plan kitchen dining area is inviting and relaxed, featuring reverse-cycle air conditioning, with a lounge off in close proximity featuring a large TV, and comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



Set in close proximity to Warilla Beach and Little Lake, you’ll love being able to take a short stroll for a morning swim, an afternoon paddle, or a peaceful coastal walk before returning to relax in comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle, making meal preparation a breeze.



A family bathroom includes a shower and vanity, plus two baths (one a spa bath), there’s also a separate toilet off the laundry for added convenience. The internal laundry includes a washing machine and ironing facilities.



Step outside and enjoy the large, secure backyard, perfect for outdoor pets or enjoying a BBQ with friends and family. The outdoor dining area offers plenty of space to relax and unwind in the fresh coastal air.

Coastal Palms is ideally located near beautiful beaches, parks, and local attractions.

Beaches: Walking distance to the stunning Warilla Beach (5min walk, 400m), a favourite for swimming, surfing, and long walks along the sand - this beach is patrolled October - April.

Little Lake: a picturesque tidal lagoon popular with families and kids, is just 1.4km away - a short, easy walk from Warilla Beach. It’s a great spot for swimming, paddleboarding, or picnicking by the calm, shallow waters, making it a favourite for visitors of all ages.

Outdoor Activities: Enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, or picnicking at nearby Little Lake or Lake Illawarra. There are also great walking and cycling tracks for exploring the coastline.

Dining & Shopping: You’ll find local cafés, takeaways, and restaurants close by, as well as Warilla Grove Shopping Centre for all your essentials.

Nearby Attractions: The Waterfront Marina precinct is just a short drive away, offering cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and a family-friendly foreshore.



Getting Around:

On-street and off-street parking are available. The property is conveniently located close to public transport, local shops, and coastal walks.

Safety Notice: The property features a pond in the backyard. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while on the premises.



Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



If you’re bringing your pet, please remember to bring their own bedding and bowls, and ensure all mess is cleaned up before departure. Pets are strictly outdoor only, if there is any evidence of pets inside the home, additional cleaning fees will apply.



Guests must comply with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct during their stay.
