Tahoe Keys Amenities
Guests may enjoy access to the Tahoe Keys amenities for up to 4 people. One amenities card may be provided upon request for an additional $50 fee. Amenities are subject to Tahoe Keys rules, availability, and seasonal hours.

House Rules
Maximum Vehicles: 2 total (1 assigned parking space + 1 guest parking space, first-come, first-served)
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests
No Pets/ No Parties or Gatherings/ No Smoking or Vaping
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
Responsible Guest: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must provide a valid photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in
