About this property

Brand New Suite Close to Mt. Washington, Cumberland Bike Trails and the Ocean.

We have a brand new large furnished studio suite. The suite is in The Ridge, a new development in the Comox Valley close to Royston and the South end of Courtenay.

The suite will accommodate guests who would prefer to stay in a modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable suite in a new home rather than a hotel. It is suitable for those visiting or working temporarily in the Comox Valley. The suite is above our garage. It is bright, has partial views of the ocean, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The suite has its own private entrance, a designated parking spot close to the entrance and bike and ski storage. An internal staircase is used to access the suite.

We had a lovely stay with our kids. The location was perfect and made it very easy to travel to Mount Washington. The place was comfortable and worked well for a family. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always in touch, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

The unit was perfect! Thoughtfully laid out, thoughtfully stocked, and clean as a whistle. Nicole and Cameron were so quick to reply and super accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and be happy to do a longer stint as it’s set up well for cooking and relaxing. Much more to offer than just a space to crash! (Comfy bed too). Nothing but praise for these hosts and this unit.
