Shoalwater 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. The unit has Gulf-front views from the 11th floor.

Overall, property was beautifully decorated and a great condo. Pool was upkept and elevators ran smooth without long wait times. The kitchen could have had a few more items but for the most part had all we needed. Third time staying at Shoalwater and won’t be the last.

Change is good!

2 days before heading to our condo, in Gulf Shores, we received a call from there was an issue and we were not going to be able to stay where we had chosen, but Schasta said she would send me a couple of options that were available in Orange Beach. We chose one and was hoping everything would be good. The condo was beautiful, the balcony we loved! It was spacious and had everything we needed! We had no issues!! Thank you!!
