Beautifully decorated and updated, Non-Smoking condo boasts every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. At night, lay in your king-size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins leap from the water and the palm trees sway from your third floor balcony. When you're ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary - you can almost feel the seaspray from your balcony! We also have another unit available right next door if you need additional space.

Convenience is key. This is the best location in Orange Beach. Our 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, great restaurants, discount stores, upscale shopping. The kitchen set up was great. Had more than what we even needed. The views were beautiful and the direct access was so nice! The location was super convenient, lots of great shopping and food and activities to do within minutes. The only reason I didn’t give a five star overall rating is because the mattress was a little too firm for my back, but it was great for my husband. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to book again soon!

An extended weekend

Brought our grand kids 4 and 7 for an extended weekend. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay ,everything was perfect. Beach access ,pool was clean and all in the middle of everything you need and want with a clean and perfect space for us to stay safely ‼

We had a great time at the condo ! After a few hiccups dryer a little noisy and faceted in master bath leak and we found a pair of plastic vampire teeth in our master bedroom and dusty under furniture. We like our location and the owners are great to talk with!!!

Great location!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Breakers. It has fantastic beach access with a beautiful view from the condo and is centrally located to shopping and great restaurants. I highly recommend.

Relaxing Mini-Vacation

The condo was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and how close it was to the beach. Randall was an excellent host and quick to get back with any questions we had.

Good time, GREAT view

Overall the stay was great! We came for the beach and that is what we got! There were a couple of minor hiccups that Randall quickly addressed. The only downside was the cleanliness, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Needless to say, we cleaned upon arrival and at departure. The beach view and access were phenomenal and made up for everything!

The Breakers Condo Unit 33

We LOVED our Condo unit 33 at The Breakers! It was very easy to communicate with Randall. He was very prompt on returning my email with a phone call. I couldn’t get the tv on and he walked me thru it. That was the only issue and it was resolved very quickly. We LOVED the location, right in the heart of everything. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the breakers multiple times but 1st time at this specific condo! It was gray and the host was way to get ahold of! Everything very close by, grocery, liquor store across street and restaurants!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room in the condo and it’s right on the beautiful beach. The host communicated very clear instructions to us about the property and we appreciated his tips on restaurants to try. The only item i wished was there was a hair dryer, but I never found one. My fault - I should have brought one , but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, all was good and it was nicely furnished with all we needed

The building itself is a little dated (the unit has an actual key!) and the pool is just ok, but the view and location right on the beach more than make up for the lack of curb appeal. The unit is very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with plenty of dishes and linen for a wonderful stay. Location was great and the host was very communicative. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Girls trip

My best friend and I planned a girls trip and after our first condo canceled we found this beautiful place. It was easy to find, great location with all the shopping, restaurants and grocery store perfectly located. We loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The owners made it so easy to check in and check out. They really made it a great trip for us. We will be back!!
