Welcome to our Cozy and Private Suite!
You'll love staying in our cozy and private above-basement 2 bedrooms suite. It is a quiet, comfortable space perfect for relaxing after a busy day. With a private entrance, full bathroom, and a living room with comfortable couches , you'll have all the privacy you need. Located just few minutes from the city's restaurants and malls, you will have everything you need within reach. Whether you're visiting family, working remotely, or exploring the area, this is a peaceful and affordable home base
A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials is provided. We also have a dining table that can be used for eating or as a workspace.
The bedrooms has a king-sized bed in 1st room and a queen-size bed in the 2nd room. Beds are soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Also, there is a side table, wireless internet, a TV, and a closet that has hangers, an iron, extra blankets, and pillows. Each of the bedrooms has a supplementary space heater for additional comfort, on as needed basis, as per choice
Furthermore, in the bathroom, we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
Lastly, there is a very spacious gravel parking lot that can comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles, free street parking, and in-house laundry.
Additionally, 2-minute walk to the nearest Bus stop; 4-minute drive to Spruceland mall and 8-minute drive to Pine center mall
