Sleep Inn Coziness & Comfort Suite - Hot Tub and Heated Outdoor Pool

Welcome to our cozy family home! We occupy the upstairs. We have two separate, self contained suites downstairs can be combined for larger groups.

This Sleep Inn Coziness & Comfort guest suite offers a full kitchen, a private bathroom and in suite laundry for guest that are perfect for solo travellers or families and friends. It is ideal for short or long term stays.

The hot tub is year-round. Relax and have fun In the summer months in the heated pool. Hours are 10am-8pm.

The College and University are a few minutes away. We’re close to Ski and Mountain Bike Trails, shopping and amenities.
Explore the trails or spend a lovely afternoon by the Nechako River for a picnic!

The space
The Sleep Inn Coziness Suite is a welcoming self contained space with a full kitchen, in suite laundry and private bathroom. There are two bedrooms with luxurious queen size beds and a lovely living room with a pull out sofa bed.

All of the amenities that are provided are to ensure you have the most comfortable stay possible.

The suite is easy access through the front door.

We have a hot tub year round in a secluded and private area.

The in ground heated pool is open from mid May into the fall, weather permitting. Enjoy the pool in the backyard with your family, or take a dip after work. Turn the patio lights on at night and enjoy an evening swim.

Guest access
The front door of our home is the entrance to the suite.

During your stay
We are happy to interact with our guest and we enjoy good conversation! If you prefer to keep to yourself, we will take your lead .

Other things to note
This is a family home in a well cared for neighbourhood that we take great pride in. We live upstairs. Your respect and consideration in helping us keep it this way are greatly appreciated.

Book the second suite combined with this one to accommodate up to 11 people when both suites are booked together.

Why they chose this property

The neighbourhood sold itself, it is one of the nicest streets in Prince George.

It is quiet and safe.

It is easy to get to so many amenities from our neighbourhood but also so close to nature with beautiful walking trails along the river or biking trails not far from our front door.

What makes this property unique

We have an outdoor heated pool! Soak up some sunshine and take a dip on a hot summer day. Relax and recharge, or make a splash and create memories with your friends or family.

The suite is very comfortable and private. It has a full kitchen with in suite laundry. It is perfect for a couples getaway, family weekend, or friend get together. Solo travellers also find it peaceful and relaxing.

It is accommodating for all types of stays. We have had guests for sporting events, shopping weekends, and just passing through the city.

We are very close to the Caledonia Nordic Centre that is known for world class skiing. Snow shoeing trails are also available in the winter. In the summer months, the same trails are used for mountain biking, hiking, roller ski and DiscGolf.

Minutes from the front door is the Nechako river. Take an afternoon stroll along the scenic trails. Don't forget to take a container in the summer, the trails are loaded with Saskatoon berries.

If you prefer shopping over hiking, we are minutes away from Pine Centre Mall.
