About this property
Private, marsh view, AND close to town! (CS0051)
Drive down the quiet tree-lined street to the cul-de-sac ending at this fabulous home! This house was built to appreciate all the wonderful aspects of nature that Wellfleet offers! (Don't be fooled by the unassuming curb appeal!) Surrounded by trees, the home's focus is the gorgeous marsh, with all the views and wildlife that comes with views like these. Relax on the spacious deck and observe the many different birds, walk along the marsh (eventually leading to town) launch your kayak from the shore right in front of the deck!
Enter the home from the side door and you are in the living room, wall of windows and sliding glass doors to your left. These lead to the deck that runs the whole length of the house. The living room opens to the kitchen, (note the beautiful tile on the mantle) with the well-appointed kitchen. To the right, down the hall, are three of the bedrooms and a full bath. Down the stairs to the fourth bedroom, where there is an additional sitting room (piano, books, books books!) and another bathroom. There is a walk-out option on this floor.
The house was built in 1967 by the owner's mother. It has a real old-school Wellfleet feel to it. If you like a home in the woods with a view, close to town, artwork, books, a piano, this is the place for you!
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
