Eastham is one of the loveliest areas on 'Lower' (or outer) Cape Cod, only 3.5 miles wide where we are, so you're never far from either Cape Cod Bay or the National Seashore, stretching for miles and miles on the Oceanside. Beach activities abound, but you can also: Bike the CCRT (Cape Cod Rail Trail)...go hiking...enjoy antiquing...tour a lighthouse or a windmill...gallery-hop...see the Cape Cod Baseball League...go whale watching...shop in Chatham or Provincetown...or just relax and get away from it all.
Other Activities: Wellfleet, Orleans, P-Town, Chatham, Brewster all just minutes away
About Donna or Steve Yonchak
We have owned the Barking Urchin since 2003, and use the house ourselves whenever we can, in the Fall and Spring. We love how pretty and unspoiled Eastham still is, how quiet our street and neighborhood are, and our easy walks to Campground or Thumpertown beaches (and the Hole in One) in the mornings! We keep our home to the highest standards that we would expect for a Cape family vacation home, and what we would expect for ourselves.
Donna or Steve Yonchak purchased this house in 2003
Why Donna or Steve Yonchak chose North Eastham
After three years of house hunting at the Cape, we were lucky to find the right one! Even with the easy proximity to Route 6, the property is ultimately quiet and peaceful, the best of access and privacy.
What makes this house unique
Easy access to the Bay (1 mile) while still being in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sunny, well-equipped home and kitchen. Private fenced in yard. Comfortable rooms, newer mattresses. Updated kitchen, dishwasher. A/C units. HDTV and broadband internet, WiFi. Finished basement family room. Hammock. Firepit. Washer/dryer downstairs. All the amenities you need for your Cape home away from home.
