Narrawallee Inlet/Beach — Our beautifully appointed pet friendly home is designed to accommodate up to two families. This property features all new furniture and accessories in its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an additional open style room with a day bed and trundle (Open style 4th bedroom off the from lounge room), comfortably sleeping a total of 8 guests.
The house is located 350m/less than a 5-minute level walk from the northern end of beautiful Narrawallee Beach, the inlet boat ramp, and a pristine tidal swimming area which is perfect for paddleboarding and swimming for younger children at high tide. The inlet also has a great children's park with an adjacent cafe. The beach is a protected surf beach, with dog walking access at specific times on the southern end.
The home offers open-plan living with modern bathrooms and kitchen amenities, as well as separate living areas that connect to the outdoor covered entertainment space, which includes a firepit which may be used in the open outdoor area. Please be mindful that we adjoin bushland - always check for FIRE BANS!
Please note that the GARAGE is locked for storage and NOT available for guest use.
As for sleeping, the MAIN bedroom is a large north facing room with a queen size bed and ensuite. The SECOND bedroom has a double bed. The THIRD bedroom has 2 single beds. The EXTRA room (lets call it Bed 4) is off the hallway and has a king single day bed and a single-size trundle under the day bed which can be pulled out. This room does NOT have a wall or door separating it from the hall/living space. It sits separately behind the front lounge room and is probably more suitable for children or teenagers as there is no privacy in this room. Please check the pics to see the location if you intend on using this room.
The ENSUITE in the main bedroom has a shower, vanity, toilet, starter toiletries, and a blow-dryer. The MAIN BATHROOM is oversized with a shower, toilet, vanity, bath and starter mini toiletries. Hot water is via a 315L electric hot water system that heats overnight. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling FANS and enjoy a beautiful north easterly breeze, with wall heaters in the 2 living areas for the cooler months.
High quality Adairs bath towels, Adairs bed linen, doonas, and extra blankets are provided for all beds.
Please pack your beach towels as Beach towels are NOT provided.
The well equipped kitchen includes a new Bosch dishwasher, full size oven, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, as well as plastic plates and cutlery for kids, starter coffee, tea, sugar, laundry powder, and dishwashing tablets. Wi-Fi is connected and can be used to connect your personal subscribed services to the smart TV's if you so choose to do so. For your privacy/security, please log out when you vacate.
The laundry is at the rear of the house and contains a new Bosch front loader washing machine with an older style wall mounted dryer. An outdoor clothesline is just outside the laundry.
The home has a large family friendly, fully fenced yard. Well behaved outdoor, family friendly dogs are welcome to stay, with any waste to be bagged and disposed of. Please bring your own dog bedding and pet waste bags. PLEASE do not put pet waste directly in our bins :)
Noting that the garage is not available for guest use, there is space for kayaks and paddleboards in the outdoor undercover area. An inbuilt BBQ is also available. There is room in the driveway for a boat; we ask that you do not park anything on the grass. Note that the back fence is lower than a standard fence (~1.5m high) due to council requirements for those backing onto the bush reserve. Please consider the height when determining if suitable for your furry friend.
Garrards Reserve is at the rear of the house and comprises of 66 hectares of beautiful bushland that leads you along a number of trails as well as providing alternate access to the Inlet. The land is an environmental reserve and has beautiful trees and wildlife. We keep a lock on the rear gate and will leave the code in the house. Note that the inlet is also accessible from the front of the home, along Macleay St, at a less than 5 min walk.
We are located a short 7min drive to Milton where you will find beautiful shops, an IGA, bakery, butcher etc. We are a 4 min drive to Mollymook beach, the golf club, Rick Steins' Bannisters Restaurant, and Gwylo. Ulladulla is 10 min away for Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart etc. Woolworths also delivers groceries directly to the house.

Just on FEES... We endeavor to provide a family friendly stay but given its a holiday location, we do pay seasonal professional cleaning and linen cleaning fees to a 3rd party ($450 per clean/linen change), as well as listing service fees. Listing service fees are based on a % of the total booking cost. Please note that as hosts, we do NOT receive any of these fees.
Note that we are in a family friendly area and want to stay friends with our neighbors. We are unable to accommodate schoolie trips, hens or bucks, or parties of any kind. We have a max of 8 guests - we do not allow extra guests under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding
