Within 50m - you have a supermarket, bakeries, cafes and take away, a pet butcher, chemist and post office.
5 mins+ walk to vibrant Henley Beach Square, for more restaurants, bars, shops and cafes.
Beautiful light-filled, brand new, 2-storey home by the sea. Imagine everything you need and more to ensure a relaxing stay.
UPSTAIRS, you`ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a light and bright living area and 2 balconies. One leads out from the living area, the other opens up the south westerly bedroom to a delightful sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
DOWNSTAIRS - the open plan living area, dining space and kitchen spill out into the outdoor alfresco and courtyard garden - perfect for entertaining.
Or if you like to keep things intimate, get cozy and snuggle on the recliner couch to enjoy a Netflix binge.
A powder room with toilet and sink is also located downstairs for guests.
The OUTDOOR ALFRESCO faces a lovely grassed courtyard garden perfect for the kiddos or pets. The garden gate opens out to a lovely, wide and quiet street, which becomes your exit and entry point for walks to the beach and neighbourhood exploration.

You have quality sharp knives, plenty of cutlery and serving ware, pots, pans and containers.
Your pantry is stocked with spices, oil, sugar, flour, pasta, tomato sauce, and breakfast cereals.

Secure garage with car parking for 2 standard cars - all set on a quiet street in seaside Henley Beach South.
Guests have access to all areas.
Guests have full use of the house and garage, as well as free unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+ and kid`s toys.
Included with your accommodation are 2 free car parks for standard cars (within the secure garage) with direct access into the house.
There is step-free access & wide doorway to the rear of the home, through the courtyard.
Please note there is no front reception desk and check in is self-managed. Keys and garage remote are located in a lockbox (a key safe) kept on the property.

Detailed instructions and photos will be provided the week of arrival.

ACCESS:
- Check-in is anytime after 3PM - the keys are in the lockbox.
- Check out before 10AM - please return all keys to the lockbox.
LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR:
- Quiet Hours between 10PM - 7AM on weeknights and 11pm - 10am on weekends. Please be kind to our neighbours and they will be kind to you.
- Only the number of guests booked are to stay overnight. By day, we`re welcome to meet with friends and family. :-)
LOOKING AFTER THE HOUSE:
We try to keep the house in the amazing condition you will enjoy, so we ask, please:
- NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Water is OK.
- NO animals in the bedrooms or on furniture (as extra cleaning costs will be passed on)
- NO leaving animals unattended at the house.
- NO smoking inside.
If smoking outside, please clean up after yourself and do not put cigarettes out on the grass (it’s synthetic and will melt).
If evidence of smoking is present inside or outside, thorough cleaning or repair will be required (including carpets and synthetic grass) and costs will be passed onto guests.
- Leave the house tidy and in the condition it was given. Please wash and put away all dishes. Pick up after yourselves and pets. Put your rubbish in the bins and take the rubbish out to the big bin.
No need to strip the beds, the cleaner will do that.
SECURITY & POWER - please:
- turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
- lock the front door and rear sliding door when leaving or checking out.
- Close all windows when checking out.
- Look after the keys. Lost keys/remote will incur a charge of AU$200 for replacement.
REPORT DAMAGE:
Please report any damage to property upon check in. We understand minor mishaps and life happens, but please report if something happens during your stay to allow us to fix / replace it for the next guests.
Please acknowledge that should there be evidence of major damage to the house or furniture, you may be charged the cost of replacement or fixing the item/s or be charged an insurance excess of $500.
