To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to respect our neighbours, we have installed noise-monitoring devices inside and outside the home. These devices do not record conversations; instead, they measure noise levels. We will only contact you if the noise exceeds a reasonable level.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

REGIONAL
Please note that we regularly spray the property for pests, including bugs and spiders. However, during summer, mosquitoes are naturally more prevalent and cannot be wholly avoided despite preventative measures.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we will not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and leave the house quickly.
