Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms plus a powder room — unusually generous for a home this size, and the reason mornings here don't involve queuing. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided, hair dryer, towels, endless hot water.

Kitchen — Set up for actually cooking: oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking basics, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Dining table for the whole group.

Outside — A balcony over the water with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ. Where you'll end up every evening.
