With stunning 180-degree views over Bermagui to Gulaga Mountain and the sea, the light and airy open plan living and kitchen area opens onto a spacious front balcony, equipped with gas BBQ, bar seating and lounge. Enjoy outdoor living year-round, soaking up the sun and ocean breeze on the balcony, or in the expansive garden. You may even spot a whale or two during the migration months!
Sea Gazza is in walking distance of the 18-hole championship golf course and Country Club, Bermagui beaches (Main beach and Beares beach), Blue Pool, Bermagui wharf, local shops and cafes.
Fully fenced yard - dogs only allowed.
Ample parking with a two-car garage and parking on the driveway.
All linen and bath towels provided – your own beach towels are required.
Free Wi-Fi is available at this property. As we are in a regional area, service cannot be guaranteed.
No parties, no smoking in the house or on the balcony.
