Great stay in Vero Beach. House was as advertised. Good communication with the host . The house had plenty of towels and the location was close to most everything.

Great place. Just makes sure you're on top of the management company unfortunately for the long rental we rented. they really dropped the ball. Outside of that - the 30 year old garage door opener doesnt work and blows the breaker the moment you plug it in, the garage door itself is super heavy without the opener, (we own a local garage door company informed the management co of this and would have loved to repair it while on site but management dropped that ball as well) **Half the lights didnt work after we checked in. Going thru breakers and unplugging items one by one is how we figure all this out. The master bath leaks into the front bedroom when you're showering We had deliveries from the maintenance/management company that we werent informed of and we has to call to see whats going on, thats phone call, a story in itself. The pool was continuously dirty a pool skimmer on deck wouldnt hurt, the screen enclosure needs cleaning BADLY. The 3rd bedroom could use a TV.The laminate floors are in bad shape.I mean mediocre at best. With a ton of potential
