****Kiah has a strict rule of no children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay due to the unfenced dam being within 30 metres of the house ****

Nestled on a serene country lane, Kiah @ Jaspers Brush offers a peaceful rural escape on a picturesque acreage. This charming three-bedroom cottage combines the cozy feel of country living with all the modern conveniences of home.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen and two beautifully updated bathrooms. The main bathroom offers both a separate bath and shower, while the ensuite includes a shower.

Ideal for couples or a small group of friends looking to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, Kiah boasts a combustion fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning in the main lounge, and polished timber floors throughout the living areas.

The expansive deck is the perfect spot to soak up the sun, relax with a good book or a glass of wine, and take in the lovely rural views. Completing the experience is a refreshing pool, conveniently located just off the back deck.

*All linen and bath towels provided. Guests to bring their own pool towels.

*Property has an unfenced dam, so therefore children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay at the owners instruction.

Firewood is provided from Easter Long weekend - October long weekend

Really lovely getaway in a quiet oasis

Myself & some close friends wanted to get out of Sydney for a few days and this was the perfect house to do so. Quick trip down to berry to stock the house & then lots of time relaxing in the winter sun & sitting infront of the beautiful fire. Clean house & comfy beds - perfect.

Country stay

We loved this property. It was peaceful, beautiful views. Was great to just sit outside amongst the trees and birds. Was close to convenience of Berry but felt a long way away. House felt spacious but also cosy.

All you need

The property was well kept and had everything you needed. The grounds were lovely and private with beautiful views but also close enough to Berry if you wanted anything. Loved it!

Family long weekend

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiah. It is a spacious comfortable and very well equipped property in the most glorious surroundings. We particularly loved the wide wrap around verandah. My only criticism is having to take garbage with you at the end of the stay.

Relaxing Oasis

A beautiful relaxing oasis only 2 hours from all the hassles of Sydney. Property was even better then expected. Had everything we needed and more. Outdoor space was great, plenty of room and nothing better than sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine, listening to the frogs singing. We’ll definitely be back, in fact if you’re ever thinking of selling, give us a call.

Ideal weekend getaway

Kiah is a very comfortable and well equipped property with plenty of room for a group of 6. Plenty of space to spread out and relax and common areas to spend time together. We slept like a log in the comfy beds, cooked some fantastic meals in the modern kitchen and the house becomes even more cosy with the indoor combustion fire burning. Important to read the many notes and instructions though as running multiple appliances can trip the power. The house compendium has clear instructions however did not list the location of the meter box, maybe this could be added. Overall a great weekend thank you.
