Comfort & Entertainment: Stay connected with Wi-Fi and unwind with a Smart TV. The large balcony is perfect for entertaining or enjoying a peaceful evening outdoors. There is a BBQ and table and chairs on the deck.

It is against strata rules to hang anything over the railings of the balcony. Hang items either on the clothesline or on the clothes airer
Keep noise to a minimum. This is a quiet complex and most of the units have permanent tenants. Please do not disrupt their serenity.

Amy's place was very clean and comfortable, great for a short stay. It's easy walking distance to the beach and communication with the host was very easy.

The communication with Molly was excellent, location beautiful and close to the beach and shops. Amy's pace was as seen in the photos and the neighborhood was a beautiful little community. There were additional extras that added a great touch like games in the tv cabinet and charging cables for phones etc. Overall, a great experience, location and host.

We are excited to be your hosts for our holiday getaway. Our property is a new listing and we hope that you get as much enjoyment out of it as we have. It's a great spot.

Why they chose this property

Dalmeny and Narooma are absolutely beautiful. The Turquoise waters are a sight to behold and it has the wildlife to complement it. it is a quiet little town, even in peak season so if you're looking for somewhere quiet that has everything you need this is the place for you. The estuary caters for young children to paddle around in and the beach has good surf waves. The local shops has a takeaway, supermarket, bottle shop, cafes, petrol station and surf shop so you don't have to go into town for anything.

What makes this property unique

The property is in a quiet complex on the top floor (only one level) and has a lovely view from the deck. The bike path is across the road which takes you all the way along the coastline into Narooma. It is a short walk to the local bowling club, brewery, or the shops and beach. It is convenient and easy, very spacious, the bedrooms are huge. It is light and airy and very relaxing.
