Salt water swimming pool on the premise with wrap around porch attached to house. The porch is equipped with six comfortable rocking chairs that can be moved to the screened portion of the porch when sitting out at night or during the mid afternoon when the sun moves to the west side of the house

There is a County dump site 3 miles away for large amounts of trash that will not fit in the trash bins. The address will be in the instructions sheet in the house. Large trash bags are available.
A pool sweeper is available for daily use if necessary. Please keep the pool gate closed to keep young children and pets from unsupervised.entry The pool is checked each week for water treatment
The rocking chairs on the front porch may be moved inside the screened porch for your comfort.

We have also lived and worked in Dayton Ohio and the District of Columbia. Upon retirement, we decided to move back to our home state of Virginia.
